100 Tage Zeit zum try it out
Gesetzlich ist es vorgeschrieben, ein sogenanntes Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen anzubieten. Wir glauben an unsere Produkte und schenken dir eine längere Zeit zum Testen. Wenn dir ein Produkt trotzdem nicht gefällt, haben wir eine unkomplizierte Lösung für dich. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du uns in einer Mail schreiben, was dir nicht gefällt — das würde uns helfen.
The short answer
After receiving your order, you have 100 days to notify us of your return by email to info@kompromiss-los.ch. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. We will refund the full amount – including the delivery costs of your order.

Deadlines
- You can exercise your right of return within 100 days of receiving the goods.
- For gift vouchers, the right of return can be exercised within 100 days of the purchase date. Redeemed or partially redeemed vouchers are excluded from the right of return.
- To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to inform us of the return by email to info@kompromiss-los.ch within the deadline.
- Once you have informed us of the return, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Important
- Return postage is at your own expense.
- The full amount (including the delivery costs you paid when ordering) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the payment method you used to purchase the goods.
- Ask the postal service for a receipt so that you can provide proof of return if requested.
